Baked Cauliflower Meat Pie

1. One head cauliflower, choped into semi-small pieces
2. One pound ground beef or ground chicken
3. Five big potatoes or ten small potatoes
4. One cup of heavy whipped cream
5. Corn starch, one spoon mixed with water
6. Shredded mozzarella, 1/4 cup
7. Salt, pepper, paprika, oregazo and curry powder to taste
8. Butter
9. Milk, one spoon

1. Boil cauliflower and potatoes in two seperate pots until soften
2. In a flat pan, add 1/2 spoon of butter and ground beef/chicken, panfry it until browned. Add salt, pepper, paprika, curry powder to taste
3. Drain the cooked cauliflower and potatoes
4. Mash the potatoes thoroughly. Add butter, milk, salt, and pepper while mashing
5. In a separate pot, add heavy whipped cream, cauliflower, cornstarch, salt, and peper. Stir gently using medium fire. Adding a bit of mozzarella is optional.

6. In a baked pan, layer ground beef/chicken, mashed potatoes, and cauliflower with cream sauce on top. Depending on personal preference, top it with mozzarella is optional. Finish with a sprinkle of oregano on top.

7. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes. Serve hot.
