Easy Homemade Chocolate Chips Cookies

Ingredients: (make 12 delicious cookies)
All-purpose flower - 120g
Butter (salted) - 110g
White sugar - 40g
Chocolate chips - 40~50g
Egg - 1


Directions:
1. Take the butter out from the fridge and let it sit until turning to normal temperature. Then cut it in small cubes.

2. Beat the egg and put it outside under the normal temperature as well

3. Preheat the oven to 200 degree Celsius or to the degree you normally use for your oven

4. In a large bowl, cream together butter cubes and sugar (divide sugar into three batches to mix in.)

5. Mix it until the sugar butter become smooth and white

6. Then mix in the beaten egg until fluffy and soft condition

7. Mix in flour and then add chocolate chips

8. Take an ice cream scoop to drop doughs on the prepared cookie sheet and flatten the dough a little bit by pressing down with the back of a spoon

9. Bake for 25 minutes or until desirable color, and allow cookies to cool for 5 minutes before serving

I found that it is easier for the dough to cook thoroughly if I pressed it down before baking. It is a super easy recipe and you can definitely substitute the chocolate chips with dried fruits, walnuts, or whatever you like. Also, if chocolate chips came in bigger sizes, remember to break them into smaller pieces. So that the chocolate can be rapped around in the dough well instead of dripping and melting everywhere.
