Honey Oatmeal Cookies with Raisins

Absolutely LOVE this kind of cookies! The sweetness of the honey combining with a bit of  sourness of the raisin is just absolutely delicious! Oatmeal and honey are actually quiet healthy for you as well! 
Luckily I found a really simple recipe, so here it is! 


Ingredients: 
All purpose flour - 120g 
Butter (Salted) - 110g
Oatmeal - 70g
Brown Sugar - 25g 
White Sugar - 25g
Honey - 30g 
Egg - 1
Rasins - A handful 

Directions: 
1. Take the butter out from the fridge and let it sit until turning to normal temperature

2. Beat the egg and put it outside under the normal temperature as well, and soak raisins in a bowl of water 

3. Preheat the oven to 200 degree Celsius or to the degree you normally use on your own oven 

4. In a large bowl, cream together the butter and the sugar & honey (You can cut butter into smaller pieces and divide sugar into three batches to mix in.)

5. Mix it until the sugar butter become smooth and white

6. Then mix in the egg (*Vey important here, because I didn't add baking soda, so make sure you spend extra time here to mix it until it gets kind of fluffy liquidly condition.)

7. Mix in flour, oatmeal, and rasins (If the dough is not hard enough, simply add a little more flour)

8. Take a spoon or a ice cream scoop to drop doughs on the prepared cookie sheet (You can just leave the dough like that or you can press it down with a spoon.)

9. Bake for 20 - 25 minutes and allow cookies to cool for 5 minutes, then ENJOY! =)
